Is there an expectation of privacy when a sex tape is filmed?
If two people film a sex tape for their own private use, and both agree before and after that it is not to be shown to anyone outside of themselves, is that a reasonable expectation of privacy? Should one of them show the tape, in public, without the other's consent, is that considered slander? What do you think?

There's only one thing I can say for certain. It is NOT slander. Possibly a breach of oral contract if some contract requirements are satisfied--but I find that unlikely.
